Shopify and Shoper plugin merchants publish in about a week — install, configure the mobile CMS inside your admin, ship to the stores. Magento chains run an 8-week plan: kickoff, API integration, build, QA, pilot, submission, go-live.
Plugin plans are month-to-month by default. Annual billing saves 20%. Magento is a one-time project fee plus a monthly retainer for maintenance and support — retainer is month-to-month with 30 days' notice. Enterprise terms are negotiated.
Starter, Growth, Magento, and Loyalty include 9–5 support, five days a week. Priority support on Growth includes same-day response during business hours. Enterprise contracts include custom SLAs with response and resolution targets written in.
Apple and Google developer account fees, payment gateway fees, and any third-party licenses (loyalty engines, search, analytics, tag management) you bring in. For Magento, custom scope — bespoke checkouts, additional gateways, headless CMS, multi-store — is quoted separately.
Your team runs day-to-day in your existing admin — Shopify, Shoper, or Magento. Storelift handles release management, store resubmissions when required, and platform maintenance. The retainer covers break-fix, upgrades, and base support.
Storelift licenses the platform and runtime to you; you own your brand, content, data, and App Store and Play Store accounts. Magento integrations written specifically against your instance are delivered with source and documentation.
